Beth Kelly, President and Founder of HR Alliance Group, has over twenty years of senior level human resources experience, working with companies ranging from small start-up organizations to large, complex institutions. Her experience entails the development of HR departments from the ground up, as well as directing more mature, sophisticated HR organizations.
Prior to founding HR Alliance Group, Inc., Beth was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Prestonwood Associates, Inc., where she developed and managed the firm's professional services practice areas, with emphasis on executive recruitment and management team development and performance. Prior to that, as Director of Human Resources at Goodwin, Procter LLP, one of Boston's largest law firms, she effectively led the firm's human capital initiatives during a period of rapid growth and change. At Newton-Wellesley Hospital, she led the HR function during a time when the organization was focused on developing enhanced quality initiatives, compensation and benefits strategies, as well as overall performance metrics. She has also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Northland Investment Corporation and was a Director at George Beram and Company, Inc.
Beth holds a BA in Sociology. As an active member in the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Northeast Human Resources Association, she is currently the Chair of the Association's Annual Conference. Beth is also an active member in the New England Employee Benefits Council and the Small Business Association of New England. She has authored several articles on human resource management, recruiting, and organization development. She is a frequent speaker to numerous organizations on strategic human resources and management issues.

WILLIAM E. ADAMS

As Vice President-Market Development for HR Alliance Group, Bill brings significant business development and health and welfare benefits consulting experience to the firm. In this capacity, he plays an integral role in developing HR Alliance Group's business development strategy, and establishes overall client services standards.
Prior to joining HR Alliance Group, Bill was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for George Beram and Company, Inc., a full-service employee benefits and HR consulting firm, where his efforts substantially increased the firm's service offerings, as well as its client base and geographical reach. Prior to that, he held Vice President positions at both Mercer and Sedgwick-James, where he consulted to clients in the full spectrum of health and welfare benefits plan design and funding, as well as employee communications strategies. His early career was spent as an employee benefits specialist with John Hancock and The Hartford.
Bill has been an active member of the New England Employee Benefits Council, and a frequent speaker to organizations on employee benefit plan trends and issues.
A graduate of Princeton University, Bill's outside activities include volunteer work with a variety of philanthropic organizations as well as being a certified umpire for the Unites States Tennis Association.

KATHRYN B. GOBES

Kathy Gobes is Director - Consulting Services for the firm.
In her role, Kathy works with clients in a wide array of industries to audit and review their human resources policies, practices and procedures. She develops tailored programs that increase management and staff efficiency, as well as ensure overall legal compliance. In addition, she creates and implements compensation strategies and reward programs that effectively align individual performance with corporate goals and objectives. In addition, Kathy directs numerous recruitment projects and develops a variety of talent management strategies for clients in a wide range of industries.
Kathy possesses over ten years of experience in both finance and human resources. Most recently, she was a Senior Corporate Human Resources Analyst with the Millipore Corporation. Her efforts focused primarily on directing the development of employee communications strategies, creating the Company's Stock Option Participation Plan, managing compliance issues relating to the Company's Expatriate employee population and analyzing numerous comparative statistical data on topics such as employee turnover, compensation and demographics. Kathy's finance background includes significant budgeting and forecasting experience, as she was responsible for the support of over seventy five departments in her role in Financial Analysis at Millipore.
Kathy attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics. She has successfully completed the Certified Compensation Professional Program from the World At Work Society (formerly the American Compensation Association), and has Certification from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). Kathy is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Small Business Association of New England.

Fran brings over 20 years of experience developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for global clients. She brings extensive cross-industry knowledge in serving early stage to large companies within the consulting, technology, healthcare, biotechnology, medical device, insurance, and retail sectors. Fran's client roster features CRA International, AltiComm, Micrologic, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, MOREPACE Pharma Group, Navigant Consulting, Arthur D. Little, Accenture, Delta Dental, Life Plans, Inceptor, Timberland, Comp USA, Leapfrogrx, DDU Express, Chadwick Martin Bailey and Corporate Technologies.
She is well known for her abilities to source, recruit and hire key players through creative and state of the art recruitment techniques. She consults with executive teams to define human resource requirements and business objectives. Her knowledge of the marketplace, her acumen in defining business priorities and her skill in targeting highly qualified candidates combine to assure consistently successful results for each client.

Fran holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College in New York and has completed extensive graduate work in Human Resource Management at Lesley College. She is also active in local revitalization initiatives, recently having been appointed as a member of the Medford Revitalization Committee and Chair of the Arts Committee by the City's Mayor.
